Directive We here at STMG (Shadow Technology Manufacturing Group) are dedicated to the development and manufacturing of all technologies, old and new. We will endeavor to keep needed supplies and commodities at acceptable levels in ALL factions stations. Mining of raw resources, the conversion of these resources to commodities, and manufacturing of equipment using those commodities is what we do, and we do it best. STMG has new name 2010.4.3.21:31.26 STMG is no longer the Solrain Transport and Mining Guild we are now the Shadow Technology Manufacturing Group. We are still the reliable squad we have been,taking on the task of material aquisition and refinement, the construction and distribution of needed equipment and commodities. To former squadmembers 2010.4.3.21:31.26 It is REQUIRED that ALL former members of Solrain Transport and Mining Guild that wish to stay with STMG as thier squad MUST RE-APPLY to THE NEW STMG - Shadow Technology Manufacturing Group. If you ARE NOT ON the current SQUAD REGISTRY then you ARE NOT PART of STMG and your actions are not part of/or will be acknowledged by the squad. If your just returning from a long break from jumpgate welcome back , re-apply and read the RoC. These rules were created on Oct 16th 2008 due to events and actions that effected the entire squads reputation and safety. These events and actions happened prior to that date. Please RE-APPLY to the squad so that your not flying with STALE TAGS. thnx STMG FOUNDER NAMMOC OF SOLRAIN New RoC for the New STMG 2010.4.3.21:31.26 Rules of Conduct 1. No squad member will knowingly pirate or support the pirating of another STMG pilot or other pilots. 2. Economic endeavors that might be deemed questionable (i.e. the removal of " useless " equipment from stations for the purpose of recycling for commodities.) MUST be approved by the founder,a majority of CEOs, BEFORE said endeavors begin. Economic impact as well as station commodity effects must be reviewed previous to undertaking such endeavors 3. No squad member will engage in civ-ripping or gank-killing of other pilots unless said pilots are legitimately bountied by a recognized faction. (i.e. one pilot putting a price on the head of another pilot is NOT legitimately bountied). 4. All squad members are free to defend themselves if attacked by any pilot this includes fellow STMG pilots. (Who will, of course be in violation of Rule #3). 5. All squad members are free to defend themselves if being pirated by any pilot, this includes fellow STMG pilots (who will, of course be in violation of Rule #1). 6. Whenever possible, and without placing themselves in an unacceptably risky position, STMG pilots are encouraged to come to the aid of fellow STMG pilots who are under attack or being pirated. Defense of third parties is allowed if third party request assistance (make sure you take your screenies of request). 7. Foul language on comms is frowned on and can result in getting banned. Try and keep that to a minimum. Intentional misspelling and other work arounds are also unacceptable. Remember GMs do watch from time to time. 8. Please refrain from making hurtful comments about other pilots families real or imagined, their beliefs, culture, heritage or anything else that you would not want someone to chastise you about. Simply put "think" before you "speak". It is acceptable from time to time to take jibs and jabs at other pilots in chat, as long as you can take what you dish out. 9. Anyone known to be using code altering or client data altering software or altered files should be reported immediately to a GM or NetDevil. Any squad member accused of/or caught cheating well be under review and any evidence collected will be logged and reported to NetDevil or a GM immediately. Cheating will not be tolerated; anyone caught cheating will be requested to remove themselves from the squad immediately. 10.STMG Pilots wishing to serve thier factional military are allowed to do so. They will not receive support from the squad in whole or in part unless that squadmember is of the same faction and also military tagged. Military tagged STMG pilots are not allowed to dock at a squadmates station when in space other than thier own faction or unreg (ei: MT STMG pilot from Oct is in Solrain engaging the solrain MT pilots, that Oct pilot should not use a solrain squadmates station for RRR.
